RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR 3D-PRINTED MODELS AND TOYS
All 3D-printed products, including toys and models, are non-returnable. However, replacements are available under the following conditions:
- The item will be replaceable only if it is damaged from our end.
- A proper unboxing video must be provided, showing that the product was damaged before receipt.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a replacement.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Save your receipt with the tracking number as proof of shipment and keep it until you have received your replacement parcel.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Custom 3D-printed products may take longer, depending on the complexity of the design.
Delivery Timeline
- 3D-printed models & toys are delivered within 12-15 business days after order confirmation.
Tracking Details
- Customers will receive tracking details within 24 hours after the order is dispatched.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional terms and conditions may apply to your purchase of products, 3D files, or your use of particular portions of the Site (“Additional Terms”).
The Additional Terms are incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference, and you agree to comply with them.
If there is a conflict between the Terms of Use and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall control with respect to your use of the particular portion of the Site.
