Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Charges & Order Confirmation

  • Shipping Charges, Inspection Charges, Taxes, Duties & Levies shall not be refunded in any case.
  • Once the customer places the order, we shall contact them to confirm the order.
  • After confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled in principle. However, the customer may still reach out to us regarding cancellation.
  • Protomont Technologies reserves the right to accept or refuse order cancellations and may deduct expenses before issuing any refund.
  • If the order is processed and ready for delivery, returns shall be denied unless the product is sold to another fulfilling customer.
  • No return/refund or cancellation shall be accepted due to delays caused by customs clearance, manufacturer production delays, shipment delays, force majeure, Acts of God, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Custom 3D-printed products may take longer, depending on the complexity of the design.

Delivery Timeline

  • Shipping & delivery of purchased products may take 7-10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • 3D-printed models & toys are delivered within 12-15 business days after order confirmation.

Tracking Details

  • Customers will receive tracking details within 24 hours after the order is dispatched.

Return & Replacement Policy for 3D-Printed Models and Toys

All 3D-printed products, including toys and models, are non-returnable. However, replacements are available under the following conditions:

  • The item will be replaceable only if it is damaged from our end.
  • A proper unboxing video must be provided, showing that the product was damaged before receipt.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a replacement.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Save your receipt with the tracking number as proof of shipment and keep it until you have received your replacement parcel.

Delays & Liability

  • Protomont Technologies will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier services or postal authorities.
  • We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation or as per the agreed delivery date.

State Regulatory Compliance

  • The respective regulatory form must be obtained by the buyer from their local Commercial Taxes Department and provided in hard copy before shipment.
  • All duties, taxes, state regulatory levies, and octroi are the responsibility of the buyer. Protomont Technologies is not liable to pay or reimburse these charges.
