Protomont Technologies Return Policy
We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address mentioned on the website in the contact us section.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Filament, Resin,3D Pen, Nozzles or FEP etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Item is not exchanged if the correct product shipped.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Order Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, no cancellation will be approved after the process of shipping the products.
www.protomont.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where www.protomont.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with www.protomont.com policy or for any other reason. However, www.protomont.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
