All Protomont Technologies LLP products are designed and manufactured to deliver high-quality performance. In case you encounter any difficulties while using your product, we recommend reading the instruction manual or visiting our website’s support section.

Warranty Qualifications

This warranty is offered by Protomont Technologies LLP and is extended only to consumers who originally purchased the product. It is not extended to any subsequent owner(s) or other transferees of the product. Any unauthorized seller(s) of the product cannot offer this warranty.

Warranty Terms

All products purchased via Protomont Technologies LLP official website are warranted under different terms. The warranty applies ONLY to Protomont Technologies LLP branded products, including hardware components, software, and required firmware supplied by Protomont Technologies LLP.

This DOES NOT include consumables, such as the Resin, LCD, and FEP / PFA (PFA (nFEP)) film. All LCDs for purchased 3D Printers are covered under a 1-month warranty.

If any defects caused by faulty materials and/or the manufacturing process are discovered within the warranty period, Protomont Technologies LLP will provide warranty parts for agreed item(s).

All products purchased via Protomont Technologies LLP authorized resellers are warranted under terms regulated by the resellers. If any defects due to faulty materials and/or production are found within the warranty period, Protomont Technologies LLP will offer technical assistance for resellers in troubleshooting the issue(s). Resellers, however, will be responsible for the final decision and providing a warranty.

Warranty Coverage

For any situations not covered by the warranty (list below), you will be required to pay a fee for any official Protomont Technologies LLP maintenance services. The Protomont Technologies LLP warranty does not apply to:

Products without solid proof of purchase.
Consumable parts, such as the resin, LCD, and FEP / PFA (PFA (nFEP)) film, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Damaged caused by human factors – including but not limited to – misuse, mis-installation, abuse, abnormal voltage, water, fire, transport accident, and/or other external causes.
Damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modifications, disassembly of parts or components not in accordance with official instructions.
Damage caused by non-authorized service providers.
Damage caused by operations that did not follow instructional recommendations.
Product purchased from an unauthorized seller(s), illegitimate platform(s), and/or secondhand sales.
Protomont Technologies LLP does not provide or process warranty claims for products purchased through Amazon. Warranty support from Protomont Technologies LLP is applicable only to products purchased directly from us, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

Products Damaged on Arrival

If the parcel’s exterior is suspected of being damaged upon arrival, please provide a video recording of (a) the parcel exterior, (b) the unboxing process, and sufficient information for Protomont Technologies LLP to assist in handling DOA cases.

If the shipping container or cushioning material is damaged, it should be kept until the shipment contents have been checked for completeness and the instruments have been checked mechanically.

Warranty Period of Main Components

The warranty period begins from the date the order arrives and expires at the end of the warranty period.

Revopoint Warranty, Replacement & Return Policy

Company Information	Protomont Technologies LLP is an Authorized Distributor of Revopoint 3D Scanners in India. All products sold are 100% genuine, brand-new, and covered under a Limited Manufacturer Warranty provided by Revopoint.
Manufacturer Warranty – 3D Scanners	All Revopoint 3D Scanners are covered by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty, starting from the invoice date issued by Protomont Technologies LLP.
Manufacturer Warranty – Accessories	All Revopoint accessories are covered by a 6-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty from the invoice date.
Warranty Authority	Warranty defect verification, repair, or replacement is subject to inspection and final confirmation by Revopoint or its authorized technical team. Protomont Technologies LLP acts as a facilitator and support partner.
Warranty Coverage	The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal use under recommended operating conditions.
Warranty Eligibility Conditions	Warranty is applicable only if the product is purchased from Protomont Technologies LLP or its authorized channels, a valid invoice/order number is provided, the defect is confirmed as manufacturing-related, serial numbers and labels are intact, and the product is within the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions	Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, physical or liquid damage, drops, impacts, mishandling, power surges, improper voltage, use of non-recommended accessories, unauthorized repairs or modifications, missing or altered serial numbers, forged or missing invoices, cosmetic damage not affecting functionality, or software issues caused by third-party applications or misuse.
Environmental Damage Exclusion	Damage caused by water, fire, excessive dust, static electricity, extreme temperatures, humidity, or other environmental factors is not covered.
Warranty Claim Process (India)	Customers must email service@protomont.com with Invoice/Order Number, Product Name, Serial Number, issue description, and clear photos or videos of the defect.
Product Inspection	If required, the product may be sent to a Revopoint Authorized Service Center or Manufacturer for technical verification.
Warranty Response Time	Warranty requests are generally reviewed within 1–2 working days after receiving complete information.
Replacement Policy (DOA)	Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory. Replacement is subject to inspection and approval.
