This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Protomont Technologies.

Protomont Technologies and its affiliates collects and uses your personal data such as your name, e-mail address and your place of living in order to provide you with certain Protomont Technologies services like store, designs, email newsletter and training. When you register on the website or submit information for any particular program, we ask for your name, email address, shipping address and other relevant information depending on the activity you are registering for. This information is used only for fulfilling the service we requested for and this information will never be misused for any purpose.
We also use the information you provided to communicate with you about our services. You can always indicate and change your choice whether you want to receive such communication from us. We may also use your personal data for our internal purposes such as administration of our website, improving our services, and compliance with our legal obligations.

Protomont Technologies Return and Cancellation Policy.
General Information
The Products & Services of Protomont Technoliges directly or through its agents / franchisee / affiliates / dealers / distributors / consultants / reseller and / or any other party authorized by Protomont Technoliges hereafter collectively called as ″partners″, are technical in nature. They require in-depth understanding of the products and services. It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser / clients to understand the uses and benefits of the products and services before purchase. It shall be the responsibility of the client / purchaser to read the specification, descriptions and educate themselves on the usage / operation of the product and services before making such purchase(s). Protomont Technoliges and / or its partners shall not be liable to refund / return / cancel the product / services on this ground.
Our product and services offering at Protomont Technoliges can be categorized into 3 sections:
- Products and Services offered by Protomont Technoliges under Dealership / Sales and / or Support Center and / or under resellers agreement manufactured elsewhere;
- Products and Services offered / manufactured by Protomont Technoliges;
- Products and Services offered / manufactured by Protomont Technoliges under contract of Customized Manufacturing / Offering.
Communication to Protomont Technoliges
All communications in relation to returns, cancellation & refund by customer has to be emailed at info@protomont.com within a period of 30 days from the date of the order or send by registered email at info@protomont.com.
Return & Cancellation Policy for all Products / Services
All 3D printers, scanners, machines and / or all products and services marketed / delivered by us are sold and shipped, are covered under manufacturer(s) warranty. If a product you received is defective / damaged / non-operable, it will be covered under manufacturer’s warranty and we facilitate the replacement of parts by invoking the warranty clause as laid down by each manufacturer in their terms and conditions or warranty clause. But we don´t accept the refund / return of printers once we have processed the order.
At Protomont Technologies, we also list designs and upon customer placing the order, we print these designs and ship to customers. These designs are validated before we list the designs in the store. These products are strictly non-returnable. Return of product shall only be accepted in case where Protomont Technologies ships a different product or different design. Below section elaborates the return & cancellation policy for pre-listed products.
We also offer customized product printing for customers. If customer has a specific design and want us to create a 3D print / manufacture and / or design custom 3D Printers / Products / Services based on their requirements, we do the same for customer. Such customized product can´t be returned once the customer confirms the designs and gives us the confirmation to manufacture / print the object.
Most of the products sold by Protomont Technologies are covered under the Manufacturer´s warranty. Protomont Technologies won´t be offering any additional warranty than what is listed by the manufacturer and it is clearly communicated during the sale. So, Protomont Technologies won’t accept return of products unless the same is authorized / compensated by the manufacturer or distributor. Protomont Technologies can facilitate the warranty claim and act on behalf of customer to get the products replaced from manufacturer. Protomont Technologies shall provide technical support or product support only as directed by the principal / manufacturer / distributor.
Shipping Charges, Inspection Charges, Taxes, Duties & Levies shall not be refunded in any case.
Once the customer places the order, we shall contact the customer to confirm the order. Once the customer confirms the order, we shall go ahead and place the order immediately. After the confirmation, customer cannot cancel the order in principle. Customer can still reach us if he wants to cancel the order after confirmation. It shall be the right of Protomont Technologies to accept refusal of the order. Protomont Technologies reserves the right to refund of payment of such order(s) after deduction of expenses on account of the customer. All decision by Protomont Technologies shall be final and binding on the customer. If the order has been processed and ready for delivery, in such case, return of products shall be denied by Protomont Technologies unless the product is sold to another fulfilling customer. No return / refund or cancellation of order shall be accepted on ground of delay due to customs clearance, manufacture’s delay in production, shipment delays, force majeure and / or delay due to Act of God and / or delays not envisaged by Protomont Technologies. checked) the cancellation message.
Protomont Technologies also lists various designs in its design store. When customer places an order for a particular design; Protomont Technologies prints the design and ships the printed product to customer. No refund / return / cancellation of such order shall be accepted. However, to facilitate the customer Protomont Technologies reserves the right to display the design / models printed on its web-store or stores. Customers shall be refunded payment of such products only upon successful sales of the products after deduction of expenses and charges as levied by taxation, shipping and handling and maintenance, store expenses and / or other expenses;
For pre-listed products, Protomont Technologies team shall start processing the order once it receives the notification. Protomont Technologies team would not call the customer for confirmation of order unlike for products mentioned above. Depending on the order queue it may take couple of hours before Protomont Technologies team start processing the order. Customers can reach Protomont Technologies if he / she wishes to cancel the order. Protomont Technologies holds the right of refusal of such cancellation requests. Protomont Technologies holds the right to deduct cancellation charges as deemed necessary by Protomont Technologies. All decisions made by Protomont Technologies shall be final and binding on the customer.
Protomont Technologies also offers 3D Products of customized designs. i.e., If a customer has a design which he intends to get printed, he / she can approach Protomont Technologies, get the design ascertained for print-ability, do the necessary changes and then get the product printed. For such products, Protomont Technologies does not offer any return / refund policy under any circumstances. As customer has worked closely with the Protomont Technologies team to do the necessary enhancements to the design, it is understood that the customer is aware of the end product he can expect.
For customized products Protomont Technologies team shall contact the customer with the final design and seeks customer confirmation for 3D printing the same. Once customer reaffirms the order, order can’t be cancelled under any circumstances.
