This is the exact original, factory pre-assembled printhead module used in the Centauri Carbon high-speed platform.

You get a complete top assembly → already aligned, calibrated, sealed, and ready to install.

No home-build. No manual alignment.
Just mount → plug → print.

Engineered for High-Temp & Abrasive Composite Filaments

This module uses ELEGOO’s high-strength carbon series nozzle system (high wear resistance class).
Designed for long-term stability with aggressive materials such as carbon-fiber filled engineering polymers.

Melt zone temperature capability: up to 350°C class

Integrated Factory System (not DIY hotend)

This assembly includes:

  • complete pre-built extrusion module

  • high-strength hardened nozzle system

  • metal melt zone for high flow

  • optimized thermal path

  • special blue low-resonance belts (smooth motion)

  • chamber camera installed (for real-time print monitoring)

  • integrated die-cast chassis block

Everything is locked, squared, sealed from factory.

Quick Nozzle Change Orientation

This platform is designed for nozzle changes without disassembling the whole carriage.
Ideal when jumping between draft, speed, accuracy, or abrasive jobs.

Precision Sealing – Leak & Loss Resistant

Factory precision machining and sealing minimize:

  • melt leaks

  • oozing at joints

  • temperature loss / thermal drop

  • dimensional drift in long jobs
